Glamour magazine threw their annual ‘Glamour Women of the Year’ event at Carnegie Hall in New York City, Monday night. Celebrities in attendance included Selena Gomez, Solange Knowles, Mary J. Blige, Tyra Banks, Gabby Douglas, Pharell Williams and more.
Selena Gomez made her first red carpet appearance since her break up with Justin Bieber. She looks just fine to me.

Tyra Banks‘ professional modeling career may be over but she can still strut down any runway. That’s just what she did during her arrival at the 2012 CW, CBS, And Showtime 2012 Summer TCA Party at The Beverly Hilton Hotel. The event was held over the weekend at the on July 29, 2012 in Beverly Hills, California.
The model, turned television show host, wore a one shoulder form fitting little black dress to the event and she looked stunning. Banks is perhaps in the best shape she’s been in for a long time. She even noted a simple black dress is great for making any woman appear slimmer.
Tyra Banks would like to challenge you to a big forehead contest. While on vacation on a tropical island, here’s what she tweeted just days ago, “I challenge you to a big 4head contest! You know I got that win on lock!”

Singer Rihanna would also like to go head to head in a challenge of whose got the biggest forehead.
Tyra Banks is parting ways with three of her expert judges on runway show, ‘America’s Nest Top Model’. Not returning for the show’s 19th cycle will be photographer Nigel Barker, 39, creative director Jay Manuel, 39, and runway coach J. Alexander, 53.
The news came as a shock and many wondered if it was, in fact, true. Confirming the news, Banks took to her official Facebook page with the message, “To my Nigel Barker, Miss J and Mr. Jay: Thank you for all of your years together on America’s Next Top Model,” wrote Banks. “Working with you is always an absolute pleasure. Excited for what the future holds for us.”
The judges have provided their expert opinions and knowledge of the modelling industry since the show’s creation back in 2003.
Adding to Bank’s confirmation the show’s executive producer, Ken Mok, told Page Six, “Nigel Barker, Jay Manuel and J. Alexander have been an integral part of the America’s Next Top Model brand and they helped turn this show into the household name it is today. They have been amazing assets to the show and will always be a part of the Top Model family. We will continue to actively work with each of them on future projects.”
At the moment there’s no word on who’ll replace the three judges. Meanwhile, here’s what the judges had to tweet about their being let go.

Last night the stars came out for “The Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion” Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 4, 2009 in New York City.
The event was hosted by Vogue Magazine editor-in-chief Anna Wintour and designer Marc Jacobs.
The long list of celebrities included Rihanna, Justin Timberlake & Jessica Biel, Tyra Banks, Iman, Katy Perry, and Ciara.
I was a little disappointed in Rihanna’s wardrobe pic, she’s usually so fashion forward and stylish.

Former Supermodel and TV host, Tyra Banks, testified today, against Brady Green, a man from Dublin, GA., said to have been stalking the media mogul from coast to coast.
Sources say, Banks feared for her safety when she learned that her accused stalker had entered the Manhattan building where she tapes her TV show……she also feared for the safety of her staff, her family and anyone else who is with her.
Defense lawyer Sydney O’Hagen says her 38-year-old client is just an overzealous fan. She says Green simply answered Banks’ web site invitation for fans to reach out to her.
Green was arrested near the studio where “The Tyra Show” is taped. He’s charged with stalking, harassment and criminal trespass. He faces up to 90 days in jail if convicted by Manhattan Criminal Court Judge James Burke, who is hearing the case without a jury.
Ludacris makes a guest appearance today on The Tyra Show and he even gets a little flirtatious! You know I really like Ludacris, despite the silly rap he released in support of Obama while dissing Senator Hillary Clinton and Senator McCain; not a very smart move. However, he has the potential to be a great actor and he does some impressive charity work that isn’t publicized but it’s good to see he is doing is part.
Yesterday on The Tyra Show guest Brandy, whose album Human is released today, appeared and I must say her performances and interview was pretty fun to watch. I even enjoyed her and Tyra‘s attempt to cook to with the legendary Patti Labelle. It was just hilarious. Check out the performances below.
