Jennifer Will Perform @ Grammys


Jennifer Hudson has been confirmed to perform at the Grammys on Feb. 8, it was announced yesterday. The Oscar-winner, who is nominated for four Grammys for her self-titled debut album, is slowly making a come back to the spotlight after the murders of her mother, brother and nephew 3 months agao. Her performance at the Grammys will be her second televised public appearance since the tragedy. Last week it was announced that Hudson will sing the national anthem at the Super Bowl on Feb. 1, in Tampa Florida.

Carrie Underwood,Coldplay, Jonas Brothers, Lil Wayne, Kenny Chesney and Katy Perry are all expected to perform at this year’s Grammy awards.

Hudson is up for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance, Best R&B Song (for “Spotlight”), Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group With Vocals for her duet with Fantasia (“I’m His Only Woman”), and Best R&B Album.

Lastnight’s Primtime Blowout !

Last night’s prime time was very eventful to say the least. The Victoria Secret’s Fashion Show, Christmas Time at Rockefeller Center, & Grammy Nominations all broadcast last night.
Usher open the show performing a medley of his hits while entertaining the models as they walked down the cat walk. Although the show was previously recorded it aired last night on NBC at 10pm.

For the first time the committee for the Grammys held a live concert at the Nokia Theatre in L.A. while making announcements for this year’s Grammy nominees. Performers included Christina Aguilera, B.B. King & John Mayer, Taylor Swift, and Mariah Carey. The show aired on CBS 9pm eastern.

Performers at this year’s lighting of the Christmas tree in Rockefeller Center included, Beyonce, Miley Cyrus, The Jonas Brothers, Tony Bennett, Faith Hill and others. Check out some performances below. The annual lighting of the christmas tree in NYC was hosted by weatherman Al Roker on NBC, 8pm.




Jamie Foxx & An All Star Lineup @ Rockefella Center

Jamie Foxx has been added to the list of stars to attend and perform at the lighting of the Christmas Tree at Rockefella Center in New York City. The line up includes Beyonce, Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, David Cook, and possible guest appearance by birthday girl Britney Spears.The show will air Wednesday night, Dec 3rd at 8pm on NBC.
