Tia & Tamera Grace the Cover of Essence Magazine April Edition

Looking absolutely beautiful, they discuss motherhood and growing up. Tia says, “I feel sexier now, as a mother, than I ever have in my life. I’m more in tune with my body. I don’t take any crap anymore either.” Tamera also discusses her thoughts on motherhood, “I’ve always wanted to be a mother. I’m a nurturer, a girly girl. I know my priorities: God, family and work. When those things are in check, the work will flow.”  They also discuss their reality show. “We didn’t want to do a reality show if we couldn’t be real — if I couldn’t be myself,” Tia explains. “There is no ‘evil twin syndrome,’ though we do have evil moments.” Check out the rest of the article in Essence Magazine.

Tamera Mowry and husband Adam Housley have finally welcomed son Aden John Tanner Housley, on Monday, Nov. 12 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

The news was confirmed by PEOPLE, adding that baby Aden, two weeks overdue from his Oct. 30th due date, weighed in at 9lbs., 5 oz and 21.5 inches long.

On waiting for her son to arrive Tamera previously blogged, “If I have yet to learn patience, my son is in the process of teaching me now. I have learned that I am not in control and that he will decide when he comes.”

Baby Aden is the first child for the actress, 34, and her husband and FOX News correspondent Adam Housley, 40. The couple wed back in May 2011 in Napa Valley.

How cute is this….

Less than a month after announcing she’s expecting a little bundle of joy, Tamera Mowry tweeted this photo showing off her growing baby bump.

She wrote, “Loving my baby bump. I’m obsessed with rubbing it:)”.

So adorable. We’ll get to see just how much her bump will grow as she prepares for motherhood in the second season of her and twin sister Tia’s reality show, ‘Tia & Tamera’. And, we’ll also get to see how much Tia’s own little bundle of joy, Cree, has grown since her delivery last June. The new season begins June 11th.

Tamera Mowry is Pregnant!

Tamera Mowry, 33, is expecting her first child with husband Adam Housely, 40!

The actress tells PEOPLE, “Adam and I are excited about having a baby and the blessing that he or she will bring to our lives and to our family and friends. We can’t wait to meet this little miracle!”

The news comes only 11 months after their wedding last May. Initially, the newly weds had planned to hold off on having kids but changed their minds after a trip to South Africa.

“It’s just so beautiful there and you get a whole new perspective on life, the things that really matter,” Mowry-Housley explains to PEOPLE. “Adam and I looked at each other and said, ‘Why wait?’”

On how she’s been coping Tamera says, “The first trimester was a little rough. I was extremely fatigued and had morning sickness — more like evening sickness. Luckily, it has subsided in my second trimester. I feel great as of now — more like myself.”

As for the reaction of twin sister, Tia — who welcomed son Cree just 10 months ago — well, it didn’t come much as a surprise. Perhaps her twin intuition was in full swing.

Celebrity twins Tia and Tamera Mowry have one more reason to smile, the twin’s reality show ‘Tia & Tamera’ has just gotten approval for another season!

The show debuted with high ratings while chronicling their lives as Tia prepared for baby and Tamera prepared to get married. The twins recently stopped by the Wendy Show to discuss just that.

If this hasn’t been their year I don’t know what is. Tia will also reprise her role in a new season of  ‘The Game’ on BET this fall.

The reality show can be seen on The Style network Tuesday  nights at 9pm et.

The YBF had the pleasure of interviewing the recently married Tamera Mowry-Housley to talk interracial dating and receiving hate, wedding tips for brides to be and remaining celibate until after saying her I do’s. Here’s some of what she had to say,

Tamera, let’s get right to it. You and [your husband] Adam got slammed with hateful comments and criticism about your interracial relationship. Especially as soon as your engagement photos hit the net. Why did you choose to release the photos? How did you all deal with the negativity?

It’s something I wanted to share with Adam, our fam and friends, and years down the line with our kids. There’s something, I think, special about that. I wanted them to see something more than just us in our wedding attire. I didn’t feel like we shouldn’t have put them out–I was just shocked that some people still feel that way. It’s 2011! They did a poll recently and 83% of Americans are OK with interracial relationships. I never expected that kind of negative response to us. That’s why I was OK with our wedding photographer (Jose Villa) putting those pics on his website. He was ok with them, and I was ok with them.

Did all the hate overshadow your happiness about the photos?

It didn’t ruin anything for me. If anything, it just shed light on the fact people feel that way…and that’s their opinion. The fact of the matter is–if you have 99.9% who see it with positivity, and you’re gonna have that .1% who don’t.

My husband had the best response to that on the show. He said ‘That’s not our issue. That’s their issue. So they can deal with that.’ From now on, I’m just focusing on the people who love us and suport us. Which are MANY people. And that’s also the case with life–there will always be naysayers.

You mentioned on your show that you and Adam decided not to shack up. Does that mean you went the Sherri Shepherd route and decided not to sex it up either?

New mom Tia Mowry dished to BET.com recently about how it feels to become a mom. She reveals what she did and did not expect, the support of her husband and fellow actor Cory Hardrict, returning to hit television series ‘The Game’, and much more.

How’s motherhood—is it what you expected?
It’s a lot more emotional than I expected. I knew it would be emotional but didn’t know it would be this emotional. People always say you never know love until you have your own child and all of that is true. I’m so obsessed and involved with my son. I didn’t know I’d be this exhausted. I’m so sleep deprived. When I talk to other mothers about it they’re like, “Oh yeah, honey, and it doesn’t change. Your body just gets used to it.”

I hope you all didn’t forget! Tonight is the official premiere of ‘Tia & Tamera’! Here’s what I wrote about the show in an earlier post.

My favorite Hollywood twins Tia and Tamera Mowry are gearing up for their reality show premiere. The eight-episode reality series will debut on the Style Network on August 8. It follows the twins during one of the most hectic and exciting times in their lives, hence the  “Engaged. Pregnant. And Totally Unprepared” subtitle.

“The series follows the 32-year-olds as Tia goes through her first pregnancy — she and her husband, actor Cory Hardrict, are expecting a boy in just a few weeks — and Tamera plans her wedding to FOX News correspondentAdam Housely, who she got engaged to in January.”

Tamera, now married, has already added Housley to her last name. As for Tia and husband Cory Hardrict, the couple welcomed Cree Taylor Hardrict earlier this month.
