Singer August Alsina recently caught up with Rap-Up revealing his current feud with fellow R&B crooner Trey Songz.
Although he and Trey along with singer Chris Brown collaborated on his “I Luv This Sh*t” remix, the two just aren’t seeing eye to eye right now. The news is a bit surprising considering the two seemed to be cool just a few weeks ago when Trey released his new single, “Nana.” Alsina had been sharing the single with fans in Trey’s support. So what exactly happened? Here’s what the New Orleans native and singer had to say during his interview.
On his current relationship with Trey Songz:
I don’t really f**k with Trey right now. We don’t get along right now. We ain’t on the same page. He did some other sh*t and we just don’t rock.
Don’t we just love a good celebrity twit pic?! This week Chris Brown and Rihanna had us all in a frenzy, once again, when they shared photos of each other. Chris tweeted a photo of himself and Rihanna getting kissy, which he later deleted, and Rihanna tweeted a photo of her and Chris holding hands in her throwback Thursday tweet session. Here’s the photo.
Along with the photo Rihanna tweeted the hastag #THROWBACKtolastTHURSDAY. Lol. Funny!
There’s also a photo of singer Trey Songz kissing a man circulating the net and was spotted on Twitter. Of the photo and the rumors Songz tweeted, “On my way to Virginia to spend the holidays with my family. No senselessness, lies or hate can take away my joy. #LOVE“

Trey Songz made “it rain” literally when he threw stacks of money on a female patron at a strip club. TMZ has learned, the artist was arrested in New York City back in September when he assaulted a woman with money a month earlier. Yuuuppppp….you read that right.
Back on August 21st, Trey Songz had an album release party at a gentleman’s club in Queens. According to police, somewhere between 4:00 and 4:15 AM on the 22nd, Trey became involved in an altercation inside the club.
In the police report it states, “Tremaine Neverson (Trey’s real name), did throw a sum of United States currency at the complainant and said sum of United States currency struck the complainant’s left eye causing substantial pain to her left eye.”
This morning the Internet was on buzz over the Kansas City Chiefs linebacker, Jovan Belcher. Not because of his athletic ability, but because of a tragic event that took place early this morning. Kasandra Perkins was killed by boyfriend Belcher, shortly after coming home from a Trey Songz concert. Belcher then, reportedly, drove to Arrowhead Stadium and committed suicide in front of his coach and general manager. Belcher was 25 and Perkins was 22. According to Perkins friend, the couple had been dating for about three years but she never saw any type of physical abuse even though they argued frequently. Perkins was out late after attending the concert and the couple allegedly argued about this. Trey Songz took to Twitter to comment on the event stating:
Trey Songz has released the official video for single“Dive In” and I must say it is quite refreshing for a video to have a storyline and concept along the lines of what the song is actually about. Although Trey sings about the obvious (sex), he takes a spin on it, making the song and video about infidelity. He’s creeping with the women of a business partner. Unfortunately the business partner becomes aware of his wife’s indiscretions. Perhaps Trey should have been more careful. Take a look at what happens to Trey. An overall great visual.
Trey Songz was in London town to make his own appearance on the stages of BBC’s Radio 1 Hackney Weekend 2012. He performed current single “Heart Attack” to the crowd’s delight. Check out that performance below.
According to some recent reports, Jigga Man may be urging singer Trey Songz to sign with Roc Nation management. But why?
Here’s what a fellow blogger over at Tattle Tailzz is reporting,
Trey Songz is now managed by Kevin Liles. Kevin Liles has an extensive music background; his company manages Big Sean, Chrisette Michele, D’Angelo, Estelle, Raheem DeVaughn, Selita Ebanks, Terrence J, and Young Jeezy. Kevin Liles recently announced his partnership with MWW Entertainment. This thought out strategic business collaboration with Michael Kempner, CEO of MWW may not be enough to stop Jay-Z and the Roc Nation crew from persuading Trey to join Roc Nation.
Trey Songz at one time was hotter than Chris Brown! (Some say due to default with the Chris Brown and the Rihanna incident in 2009) which is why Jay-Z doesn’t deal with Chris Brown at all. It seems as if he has a vendetta to knock Chris Brown off of his high horse. Even though Jay never publicly speaks on Chris.
Hmmm let’s play that back, “some may say due to default with Chris Brown and the Rihanna incident in 2009…” _______READMORE
The official video premiere of Trey Songz‘ “Heart Attack” finally made its debut. The single and video depicts the demise of a relationship between a couple deeply in love but can’t seem to make things right. Trey’s love interest is played by the beautiful Kelly Rowland. In a heated argument, resulting in a nearly fatal car crash, the couple are left battered and bruised, perhaps, reflecting on where things went wrong and how things could have been different.
During a recent interview with WiLD 94.9 in Cali, Trey Songz sat down to discuss some recent rumors, from love and relationships, preparing for a show and even whether he’d watch an Adele sex tape among other things.
Things got a little intense, however, when host, Selena, made a joke about a Chris Brown pick up line Trey didn’t find very funny. Fast forward to the 4:10 mark.
Selena may need to work on her interviewing skills a bit but I think most of us can agree, we’re a little sick of the Chris Brown jokes as well. Trey Songz and is currently on his ‘Anticipation 2our’ with special guest Big Sean. For morz.come details head over to TreySongz.com
