Sheree Whitfield Faces More Financial Woes, Lawyers Sues Her For Over $100K

Sheree Sheree Sheree….hun, you just can’t see to catch a break huh? Adding to her long list of financial woes to reality star has become known for, Sheree Whitfield is being sued for $119,674 for unpaid legal from the law firm who represented her during her divorce back in 2010.

During the time she and ex-husband Bob Whitfield were in the midst of a divorce Sheree enlisted Weinstock & Scavo law firm to represent her.

According to documents, Sheree only paid $69k to W&S for services rendered, but never paid the remaining $96k, Her reason? She believes the firm had been overcharging her.

You can always turn on the TV and see those Beverly Hills girls, those Miami girls, those New Jersey girls, your New York girls and you still sorta kinda get the same flavor, but when you see the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’, you are getting a group of brown girls.

If you watched the final reunion show of Bravo’s‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’, you may have gotten a better understanding of why Sheree Whitfield may have decided to quit the show.

In the heated third and final reunion special, NeNe Leakes dropped a bomb when she revealed it was she who encouraged the producers to invite Sheree on the show. She went on to elaborate and stated that the producers felt Sheree was a tad bit boring but she insisted to let her join the cast and so they did.

In her reason for leaving the cast, Whitfield insisted she wasn’t fired but got tired of the cattiness among the women. That may very well be true, but learning your one time friend turned nemesis is the reason you were asked to join the cast in the first place certainly would hurt your pride.

Despite rumors she was fired, Sheree Whitfield would like us to know it was actually her idea to quit the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ reality show.

It’s no secret Sheree hasn’t had the best season this time around, from relying on child support to stay afloat in a dismal economy, building a house she couldn’t finish paying to build, accusations she’s a liar and a fraud over her divorce settlement with ex-husband Bob Whitfield and being branded the least successful of her cast mates, it’s been pretty tough. Perhaps, a few reasons she has decided to walk away from the successful franchise.

In Sheree’s official statement to Wetpaint.com she says,“After four solid seasons of helping Bravo build the show into its most successful Housewives franchise, I have decided to leave. The direction the show is going in is no longer a fit for my lifestyle. I’m tired of the fighting and the cattiness.”

“I want to be part of something that empowers and inspires women to not only be healthy, but to treat themselves with respect.  I wish the rest of the women the best of luck. I’m thrilled to say I’m now a free agent and am already fielding offers.”

The statement goes on to say, Sheree will continue to focus on her clothing line, She by Sheree. She’s also embarking on a new fitness venture to inspire people to live healthier lives.
