By now we’ve all heard of Mimi Faust, of ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’, and her new boyfriend Nikko Smith. Although we’ve heard of the singer, song writer and music producer we haven’t yet gotten a taste of just how talented, if at all, until now. For the first time, Nikko has just premiered his new single and video for “I’m Ready Girl”. And you know what, we’re pleasantly surprised!

With the suggestive title, could the single be a dedication to Mimi? In the last several weeks there have been rumors the two have had an on-off relationship due to the meddling of Mimi’s ex and child’s father, Stevie J.. Is “I’m Ready Girl” Nikko’s ode to Mimi in making things right? Check out the new single and video below.

Kanye West Debuts New Music, “New Slaves”, in a Creative and Radical Way

Kanye West tweeted earlier tonight about his debut of his new music. The boisterous rapper tweeted, “NEW SONG AND VISUAL FROM MY NEW ALBUM BEING PROJECTED TONIGHT ACROSS THE GLOBE ON 66 BUILDINGS, LOCATIONS @KANYEWEST.COM.” The new song, “New Slaves,” was projected on buildings all over the world tonight and this has to be one of the most creative ways I’ve seen to air a new video. The song talks about Kanye’s disdain for the media and basically his hatred for followers with his soon to be infamous line, “See there’s leaders and there’s followers…but I’d rather be a d*** than a swallower.” You have to admit. This is an amazing marketing tactic. Check out the video below and give us your opinion.

Although, he tried to deny the single was not a jab at ex-girlfriend, Kim Kardashian, earlier this month, the new video release is saying anything but. Ray J decided to use a Kim K. look-a-like-as to play his love interest throughout the entire visual.

It seems Chris may finally be putting the turmoils of the past behind him by doing more interviews and getting everyone back on track with his music. “Fine China” does just that – get us to truly pay attention to the talent at hand. Despite his troubled past, we can’t deny, Chris Brown is one of the most talented artist of his generation.
