It was just last month when the newly engaged singer went from a trademark golden blond trenches to a platinum blond, and now, her new buzz cut. Could Miley be going through an identity crisis?

Miley Cyrus, 19, and her ‘Hunger Games’ boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, 22, are engaged! The actor reportedly popped the question on May 31st with a 3.5-carat diamond ring by jeweler Neil Lane.
The news was confirmed to PEOPLE by a rep on behalf of the singer.
The couple met and began dating three years ago while filming ‘The Last Sing’ back in 2009. Although they had a brief break up back in August of 2010 it didn’t take long for the two to reconcile.
“I’m so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam,” Cyrus, 19, tells PEOPLE.
No wedding date has been set , at the moment, but the couple will remain living together in Los Angeles.
