One of our favorite R&B singers, Keyshia Cole, is going to jail sweethearts! The singer, shared the news with her fans on social media after a court appearance earlier in the week.
Although Cole recently spent less than 24 hours behind bars for assaulting a female friend of her now ex-boyfriend, Birdman, the singer will spend 30 days in jail for an incident that happened 10 years ago.
Keyshia Cole had social media buzzing last night after she shared several videos dancing seductively on a piano. We’re not sure if the videos were supposed to be private, but Birdman was mentioned in all of the videos. Remember when we reported over a month ago that Keyshia was arrested for attacking a woman in Birdman’s condo? Well, shortly after news came out that she won’t be prosecuted for those charges the videos hit Instagram.
Remember a couple weeks ago when Keyshia Cole had been arrested for assaulting a woman she suspected on messing around with her rumored boyfriend and Cash Money Records owners, Birdman? Well, the assault case is now coming back to haunt the singer.
A restraining order has been ordered on behalf of the woman, Sabrina Mercadel, who Cole attacked back in September.
Keyshia Cole has just released her sixth studio album, ‘Point of No Return,’ and is now following up with her visual for new single, “Believer.”
First let us say that we love the direction Cole has chosen to go with this album, and, Believer is no disappointment. It isn’t exactly the sad and heartbroken record some would rather hear from the artist, instead, it gives us the sexier side of the singer. And, we like it.

We’re not entirely sure we’re sold on the second single, but I will say, KC is definitely pouring her heart out on the ballad. And well, she has all rights to. The singer is currently separated from her husband, Daniel Gibson, who just did an exclusive interview with VladTV taking ownership of the dissolved relationship. Cole was also just arrested and charged with battery on a woman she suspected to be messing around with her new rumored beau and Cash Money Records owner, Birdman. Songstress Keyshia Cole was arrested Friday morning for assaulting a woman at Cash Money Record’s founder and rapper Birdman‘s condo in Los Angeles.
Cole who was reportedly dating Birdman found an unexpected woman in his presence. Keyshia proceceed to attack the woman. Authorities arrived and she was booked for misdemeanor battery at the Los Angeles Police Department’s station in Van Nuys, California. She was also booked on a warrant for an outstanding reckless driving charge.

The docuseries, a continuation to her former BET reality show, ‘The Way It Is ,’ will give fans the chance to see her transition as a wife to now a single mother while balancing her music career.
In a number of previous interviews, the singer has not only confirmed the split from her her soon-to-be ex-husband and former Cleveland Cavaliers basketball player, Daniel Gibson, but that infidelity issues resulted in the demise of their relationship. Taking a break from her current “Point of No Return” tour, Keyshia Cole recently stopped by The Breakfast Club radio show for an update on her marriage and separation from Daniel Gibson, divorce, preparing for a new reality show, family drama and more.
Keyshia Cole was just served divorce papers, but, it was NOT from her estranged husband Daniel Gibson.
An imposter posing as the basketball player filed documents, last month, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce.
TMZ broke the story … the singer was on the verge of filing for divorce last month, but still hadn’t pulled the trigger when Gibson supposedly filed last week in L.A. County Superior Court.
Keyshia Cole is back with new single, “She”. Upon sharing the cover art for the new single, Cole shared this message with fans, “Thank you to my fans and program directors across the country for making #SHE Top 3 most added at urban radio today.”

Although the state of KC’s personal life and marriage to Daniel Gibson isn’t at its best, we’re happy to see she hasn’t slowed down and will be releasing another album this year. Congrats Keyshia!

For months rumored have emerged about the marital issues between songstress Keyshia Cole and husband Daniel Gibson.
While Gibson has stayed quiet on the details of their problems, Cole admitted during a number of interviews, earlier in the year, that infidelity had played a part in the demise of the couple’s relationship.
