Say it ain’t so! Legendary R&B songstress, Anita Baker, may be calling a jail cell her home pretty soon.
An arrest warrant was issued for the Grammy-winning singer, in Detroit, on Wednesday (March 19, 2014) when she failed to make a court appearance for her legal dispute with a paint and decorating company.
R. Kelly may be going to jail, but, it’s not for what you may think.
Mr. Robert Kelly seems to be behind in his child support payments to ex-wife Andrea Kelly.
According to Page Six, in paperwork filed by Mrs. Kelly, on Thursday, the R&B singer owes her $20, 833 in back child support.
Well, well, well..it has been a crazy couple of weeks for 19-year old Justin Bieber. Within less than a month, he was arrested for a DUI, charged for criminal assault and was turnt’ up with a 26 year old stripper! Just when you thought the Canadian singer couldn’t get any crazier, he does; on a private jet with his father and entourage.
This past Friday, Bieber, his father, Jeremy and about 10 of his Biebz’s friends were heading to Teterboro, NJ from Canada to attend some Super Bowl festivities. Chris Brown‘s guardian angel is working overtime. The singer has avoided jail time once again.
Following his growing list of outbursts and assault charges in the last few years, Los Angeles prosecutors would be more than happy to send the singer straight to jail.
Still on probation for his 2009 assault on Rihanna, Brown has made a number of court appearances on whether he has violated his probation after a few minor run-ins with the law.
Most recently, the singer was accused of assaulting a man in the Washington, DC area following a night club appearance last October.
Pop star sensation turn bad boy, Justin Bieber, may be in trouble with the law again.
The singer was just charged with assault for an incident that occurred in Toronto, CA last December. According to the reports, on December 30, 2013, Bieber struck a limo driver in the back of the head following an argument.
“Toronto Police have released new details of the Dec. 30 incident … and say the limo driver had picked up 6 passengers around 2:50 AM — including Justin — when a fight broke out between the driver and “one of the passengers,” reports TMZ.com
Phaedra Parks husband and ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star Apollo Nida may be in trouble with the law again.
Nida turned himself in to the US Marshalls, on Thursday, for allegedly committing bank fraud and aggravated identity fraud.
According to Sandrarose.com, “Nida appeared in front of a US magistrate judge at US District Court in downtown Atlanta.

Now, the pop star’s mugshot has been released to the public —showing the singer smiling and seemingly in a daze.
The image doesn’t seem to be of one the least bothered of his recent arrest. The singer’s bond has been set at $2,500.

Another day another run in with the law for Justin Bieber. The pop star was arrested in Miami, Thursday morning, for suspicion of DUI, drag racing and resisting arrest.
Reports this morning suggest that the singer was not only suspected of driving under the influence, drag racing and belligerent during the entire process, he was also driving on an expired license.
Law enforcement tells TMZ, upon approaching Bieber’s car they believe he had been drinking and on drugs.
“…cops approached Bieber’s car and the instantly realized he reeked of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes. He had a “stupor” look on his face. The police report says … Bieber was defiant from the get go, yelling at the cops, “Why the f**k are you doing this? He also yelled, “What the f**k did I do. Why did you stop me?” When the officer tried to perform a routine pat down, Bieber said, “I ain’t got no f**king weapons, why do you have to search me? What the f**k is this about?”
Justin Bieber may want to be careful of his friends. The singer’s friend and rapper, Lil Za, was just arrested for cocaine possession following a raid at Bieber’s house in Calabasas, CA.
Although it was Bieber who was accused of throwing eggs at a neighbor’s house last week, Za (real name Xavier Smith), was arrested at approximately 10:30 a.m., Tuesday morning, for felony drug possession.
According to Eonline.com, During a press conference this (Tuesday) afternoon, L.A. County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore confirmed there has been one arrest for cocaine possession at Bieber’s home, which was in plain view when the officers arrived.
Chris Brown is unwilling to accept any plea deal in his Washington, DC arrest and assault charge last October.
If the singer had taken the deal, he would had to plead guilty to assault for his altercation with a DC man outside the W Hotel following a Howard University homecoming event. The same assault charge which resulted in the singer spending nearly 48 hours behind bars (See HERE).
Chris Brown is in trouble again. Following his Halloween street fight with a Washington DC man and arrest, the judge in the Rihanna assault case has just revoked his probation.
Although his probation was revoked on a previous violation, only to be reinstated and extended, Brown has found himself in deep waters once again.
The judge felt the singer’s more recent offense was, in fact, a violation of that probation. Fortunately for Brown, because of his current stint in rehab for anger management, the judge was impressed with his progress and did not order him to be taken into custody.
Things are looking up for Lamar Odom, well, sort of. Instead of going to jail for his DUI arrest back in August, Odom was sentenced to three years probation.
Better than a stint behind bars, right?
The athlete reached a plea deal, on Monday, agreeing to plead “no contest” in the charge and agreed to take the 3 year probation sentence.
