Well, not so fast. After tweeting this photo of her new blonde trenches, “Blonde hair don’t care http://instagr.am/p/IFvtZKOS9o/ she soon followed up with “Just a wig relax. Live a little.”

I guess her nearly 14 million followers hated it too.

Teyana Taylor finally has music! She just released her first mixtape, ‘The Misunderstanding of Teyana Taylor’ taking a page out of Lauryn Hill‘s book. She named her 1999 and most noteworthy album ‘The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill’. The singer is heard singing even rapping a few bars. The 15 track LP ia not bad actually. My faves are “Bad Boy” featuring Honey Cocaine, “Mystery Lover”, “Gatekeeper” and “DUI” featuring Jadakiss and Fabolous isn’t bad either.

Oprah Interviews Bobbi Kristina & Whitney Houston’s Family Since Tragic Passing

In her first interview since Whitney Houston’s death, daughter Bobbi Kristina spoke with Oprah, Sunday night, during an episode of  OWN’s ‘Next Chapter’.

Oprah’s was personally invited to the Atlanta home of Patricia Houston, Whitney’s sister-in-law, best friend and manager. After entering the home and getting a small tour, Oprah and Bobbi Kristina meet and speak very casually about her mom’s passing and how she’s been.

When asked just how she’s been coping Bobbi Kristina answers, “I’m doing as good as I possibly can. Just trying to keep going” She adds her family and her belief in the lord has been helping.

On her mother she says she still feels her spirit in the house and notes that it was very difficult to stay in her mom’s home the first night back after she had passed. Since then she says she’s found some comfort in knowing and feeling her spirit around her now, “I can hear her voice in spirit talking to me, ‘Keep talking to me. I got you’ (a phrase Whitney always said). She asked me, ‘Do you need me?’ And I caught myself, out of nowhere, I didn’t even know I said it, I said, ‘I’ll always need you.’ ”


Rihanna & Kanye West Perform “Run This Town” At “Make it Right Gala”

Rihanna and Kanye West touched down in New Orleans Saturday night to attend the “Make It Right” Gala, a charity benefiting the victim’s of 2007′s Hurricane Katrina and rebuilding New Orleans 9th Ward. They took the stage to perform “Run This Town” and Rihanna later performed her own hit single, “We Found Love”.

Although no cameras were allowed, a few attendees were able to capture a few images and visuals of the night’s event.

Lil’ Kim Visits 106 & Park, Gets Shade From Rocsi

Lil’ Kim visited the set of 106 & Park on the 15th anniversary of the late Notorious B.I.G’s passing. She talked her fondest moments about BIG, new music, new projects in the works, avoided the Nicki questions but it was something that happened behind the scenes that’s got everyone talking. The clip was actually edited out but things got a little tense when Rocsi asked Kim if she missed her old 1995 face, according to reports from attendees. You know, her face pre all the plastic surgery.

I wonder what in the world would make Rocsi asked that question. Here’s what Kim tweeted following the interview.

“I want to take this time 2 say #TeamLilKim & all my fans that came out 2 106. I fucking love u guys. Y’all really turnt it up & represented. Even when Rocsi tried to get disrespectful towards the end & ask an unappropriate irrelevant question..”

Wait….is “unappropriate” a word? Anyone?….I’ll wait.

5 Tips To Boost Your Energy

Unless you’re a get up an go kind of personality, it’s a drag to wake up in the morning without hitting the snooze button. Waking up is a drag, and knowing it’s because you’ve got to head out to work to earn a living is an even bigger drag! Well, I’m with you. Here are some tips I’ve learned in boosting my energy on a daily basis, they may work for you as well.

1. Working out: Okay I know you’ve heard this before, and, it just sounds like more work, and in a way it is, but it doesn’t have to be a super strenuous workout. Each morning or even at night before going to bed, start off by stretching, get your blood circulating, then try do a few squats (5 sets of 8-10 perhaps). Not a lot at all! Then a few crunches (another 5 sets of 10). Then maybe a few legs raises, arm extensions, you’ll want to stretch again, and you’re done. This is pretty light weight. You’ll notice throughout the morning you’ll feel refreshed and may even sleep better at night. Not only are you getting more energized, you’re getting a workout in. As time progresses you’ll want to do more and even begin to see results. But, most importantly, be consistent.

2. Eat!: I know, what you’re thinking. But, yes eat! But eat the right foods, of course. You’re allowed three snacks a day between each meal. This includes, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Here’s a tip, eat small portions. Just enough to make you satisfied but not totally full. Your stomach shouldn’t bulge over your pants. This is a clear sign you’ve overeaten. _______READMORE
