Keyshia Cole wants the world to know she has finally found love. “Long Way Down” does just that. Keyshia’s real life fiancee Daniel “Boobie” Gibson plays her love interest in the video.
My favorite line in the entire song, “Just when I said that I was through with love, there he was…” Hot record!
Keyshia’s fourth album ‘Calling All hearts’ drops December 21st.
Has marriage become obsolete? That would be a yes, according to 40% of Americans. In a recent TIME Magazine article focusing on the transformative trends of the past 50 years, a nationwide survey conducted by the Pew Research Center suggests that there has been a sharp decline in marriage and a rise of new family forms that have been shaped by attitudes and behaviors that differ by class, age and race.
This is certainly an interesting topic to explore since marriage success rates are now at a 50 percentile. Let’s think about for a second, what exactly has changed? Has our roles as men and women changed, and if so, how has that affected the way we view marriage?
What would you say, do you still believe in the institution of marriage?

On Waiting To Announce Her Pregnancy

On Whether She’s Having A Boy or Girl
“the doctor kind of told me what she thinks. I’m terrified because she thinks it’s a girl. My mom has always wished me a daughter just like me. I’m terrified one of us will go to jail.”

In an interview with Oprah earlier this year the singer revealed,
“I was pretty sure I was perfect before that breakup. I spent six years trying to change someone else, and I think that that was a great distraction for me to not have to really look at myself and see what I had to change in me. My dad said, ‘If you can think of 20 things that you want in a person, then make sure you have all of those,’ and I didn’t. So it was very humbling for me. I’m not perfect.”
In a big upset for the night, recording artist Brandy was wrongfully eliminated from ABC’s ‘Dancing With The Stars’. Although the singer received nearly perfect scores on her performance the previous night to many the elimination came as a shock. “I am numb,” she told Us Magazine after the show.
“I mean, I gave it everything I had. And I don’t have any regrets at all. I’m so proud of me, and I say that humbly.
I just wanted people to enjoy our dancing and be inspired,” she said. “That’s why I have no regrets. I can walk away knowing that I gave everything that I had to give to this competition, and it feels really good to know that you guys are behind me.”
Dancing Partner Maksim Maksim Chmerkovskiy told Us it only proves how important viewer votes are.
What do you think? Was Brandy’s elimination unfair?

The latest issue of Billboard Magazine features rap star Nicki Minaj calling her “the First Lady Gaga of Hip Hop.” the magazine even implies Nicki may have borrowed a page out of Lady Gaga’s book by calling her fans “Barbz” since Gaga refers to her fans as “Monsters”.
In the issue uses various quotes from prior Nicki interviews where she reveals Lil Wayne kicked her out of Young Money in 2009 after she missed the second leg of his “I Am Music Tour”, believing her career was over when “Your Love” was first stolen and leaked and not wanting to be a “typical” New York rapper.
Shortly after the issue was released Nicki took to twitter to clear up the Lady Gaga comparisons. She says, “I didn’t “borrow a page” out of anyone’s book. i’ve been calling my fans barbz way b4 i’ve ever heard any1 b called a “monster” its funny how ppl jump to conclusions. maybe a lil black girl from queens couldn’t think 2 call her fans barbz on her own. go figure
“that was in reference to the billboard mag cover story. (a story i absolutely love but i felt the need to clear that one little thing up) i was underground for a very long time. ppl seem to think i popped up yesterday & started calling my barbz “barbz”. its unfair to assume its ok 2 give everyone their individual props. no need to lump them all into 1. it undermines the work i’ve put in. the work my fans put in.”
