We’ve got some new music from Olivia. The singer teamed up with reggae artist Movado for new single “Soldier Girl”. Kind of different from the R&B singles we’re so use to from the artist. This one’s a mid-tempo island record. I see Olivia has dipped into her island roots. She is a mixture of Cuban and Jamaican. Enjoy.
Yesterday we told you Olivia, has finally signed a deal with a new label. We’ve also discovered the singer has also found a new man.
Love is certainly in the air. Olivia may have found her very own prince charming. His name is Tarence Anthony Kinsey. He’s a former basketball player of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Memphis Grizzles but now plays for a team in Turkey.
When ‘Love & Hip Hop‘ aired this past season, fans speculated that there may be more than friendship/business between Olivia and her manager, Rich Dollaz, at the time. However, during an interview with Reality Tea earlier in the year, Olivia says not only was she dating but is “happily in love” with the former Grizzles player.
The couple, who tweet each other all the time, also have no problem professing their love over the social medium.

R&B singer, Olivia has finally signed to a label.
For two seasons we’ve watched as Olivia struggled to rebuild her faltering music career on VH1′s ‘Love And Hip Hop’. Now we can officially announce, via a press release from her management this morning, she has decided to sign with Wonda Music.
Olivia also has a lot more in works for 2012. Since touring for much of 2011 she has garnered a partnership with a popular tequila brand, more details will be revealed in the coming months. Her video for latest single “Walk Away” was not only released but quickly rang up over 1.3 million views on her YouTube station. And, yes, an album is finally in the works.

Olivia is back from her success with single “December“ with “Walk AWay”. The single address committing to a relationship where you are taken advantage of and abused. Although the concept is nothing new, what I can appreciate, is that the music is genuine. We’ve seen her on VH1 hit reality show, ‘Love & Hip Hop’, but could this be the break Olivia needs to make a musical come back? Check it out.
I’m genuine rooting for Olivia, but it still seems something is missing. We fail to connect with the artist and certainly Olivia the person. Some people, no matter the lack of talent, were born to be stars, and some, not so much.
The season finale of ‘Love & Hip Hop: Season 2′ gave the women an opportunity to really reflect on their lives, how far they’ve come and what they hope for in the future.
While Chrissy, Mama Jones and Jimmy are finally in a good place, Kimbella now has to face life, at least for now, being a single mother. After revealing she’s pregnant again, she confides in Yandy about the emotional roller coaster she’s dealt with in her relationship and an uncertain future. Yandy has mixed feelings about the way her business relationship ended with Jimmy but is optimistic about the many possibilities that lays ahead. Olivia is still without the major record deal she seeks while Emily remains on her own she still longs for a committed and loving relationship with rapper Fabolous and Somaya heads back to LA for new beginnings.
