Kendra Wilkinson is recovering following a car crash on Sunday. The she was then rushed to Providence Tarzana Medical Center in Los Angeles following the accident.
A source close to the reality star reveals also Kendra was “in shock” and “really sore” after the accident, reports Us Weekly.
Wilkinson was later released, that same day, after being examined by a doctor and no serious injuries were found.
She also took to social networking site, Twitter, she to thank her fans for their support. She tweeted, “Thank you for all well wishes. Just really reminded me how fragile life really is and how important love really is.”
