We’re not sure what prompted Frank Ocean to have a change of heart but the singer is not planning of pressing any charges against Chris Brown after their parking lot fight on January 28th. Although Chris was noted as the aggressor in the incident reports suggest Frank had started the altercation over a parking spot outside an LA recording studio.

On his official Tumblr Ocean writes…

“As a child i thought if someone jumped me it would result in me murdering or mutilating a man. but as a man i am not a killer. i’m an artist and a modern person. i’ll choose sanity. no criminal charges. no civil lawsuit. forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom. peace, albeit trite, is what i want in my short life. peace. “

Frank Ocean wants to file charges against Chris Brown following their fight in a parking lot outside a LA recording studio. Can this get more lame?

As we reported on Monday, the two singers got involved in a brawl over a parking space and now Ocean is looking into pressing charges. Although reports suggest he started the whole ordeal, Brown fled the scene before cops arrived and Ocean is claiming he was attacked and cut his finger.

He even tweeted, “”got jumped by chris and a couple guys. lol. i only wish everest [his dog] was there…cut my finger now I can’t play w two hands at the grammys.”

The dilemma? Chris Brown is still on probation stemming from his 2009 assault on girlfriend Rihanna. If Ocean follows through with the charges and he’s convicted Brown may actually go to jail.

Chris Brown and Frank Ocean are at it again. The two singers were involved in a late night fight in the parking lot of a Los Angeles studio. It’s no secret the two aren’t exactly friends stemming from Brown’s feud with Ocean’s label mate and friend Tyler the Creator. And last July Brown had to defend himself over comments he made that were perceived as gay bashingtowards Ocean.

According to TMZ, Chris Brown was involved in an all-out brawl with Frank Ocean Sunday night, and sources connected with Chris insist Ocean started it.

Chris was at Westlake Studio in the L.A. area listening to one of the artists he represents. The sources say as Chris went to leave, Frank Ocean and his crew blocked Chris from leaving. The sources say Frank said, “This is my studio, this is my parking spot.”
