Day 26 is back with a new single and video for “Made Love Lately”. The boy ban, now down to four original members from its starting five, is determined to make a comeback with sophomore album ‘A New Day’. Now signed to Atlantic records after departing from Founder Diddy’s own Bad Boy Records, the group’s highly anticipated album is set for a release sometime this Spring.
Great song. I wish them well.
Quanell Mosley, formerly of Day 26, wasn’t kidding when he decided to depart from his group and pursue a solo career. Since leaving the group back in 2009 (or his removal depending on who you may ask), the singer has been credited for various song writing efforts and singing background to his girlfriend, Dawn Richard‘s, current group ‘Dirty Money’. Que, now going by Anthony Q (not sure where the Anthony comes from) has been putting in a lot of work in the studio these last couple years to bring forth his solo efforts. It seems now his vision is coming to fruition.

Former Danity Kane member Dawn Richard brings Day 26 member and beau Qwanell “Que” Mosley along for a very sexy photo shoot with celebrity photographer Derek Blanks. Dawn and Que vamps it up tapping into their alter-egos giving their own interpretation of “good vs. bad.” Love it!
Love that these two are still together and can be so playful with each other. Check ut Que’s tats of Dawn’s lips and name on his neck and waist.

The ‘Bad Boys’ are back again, Day 26 debuts the video for their latest single “Stadium Music”
The 2009 BET Awards nominations were announced yesterday.
Leading the pack of nominees are Beyonce, Lil’ Wayne and T.I wtih 5 nominations, Keri Hilson, and T-Pain snagged 4, Kanye West, Jazmine Sullivan and Jamie Foxx with 3 and Rihanna with 2 nominations of her own.
The award show will be hosted by Jamie Foxx, held in Los Angeles on Sunday, June 28.
Performers include Beyonce, Maxwell and Ne-Yo.
After a busy day of their promotion and interviews, Day 26 had their album release party, held at Ed Hardy’s last night. With celebrity guests and friends including ANTM Jaslene, label mate Cheri Dennis, and Dawn made an appearance ofcourse.
Day 26 debuted their new video for the single “Imma Put It On Her”, featuring Diddy and Yung Joc.

It is now being reported that Dawn has officially gone solo! There will be no more Danity Kane and as for her way to eager boyfriend on discussing their sex life, he is no longer as well. The interview was done some weeks back and now the duo have called it quits!
Loving her look and the Epiphany cover! Chrisette Michele is looking much more sophiticated and poised in this cover, showing growth personally and hopefully artistically as well. From the hair, to the outfit and accessories, loving it! The album drops May 19th.
There isn’t much you can do with boy bands, they all usually stand around giving their best impression of sexiness their able to give. I don’t blame them though, it goes with the nature of the job. Although, I’m not really impressed with this cover, I don’t hate it either. Day 26′s Forever In A Day drops April 14th.
Ciara’s Fantasy Ride cover looks as if budget cuts are major at her label. I’m not really feeling this cover, they could have done a better job, seriously. You’ll be able to pick up a copy of the album and enjoy the ride on May 5th.
I absolutely love this single, the vocal arrangements and hook are really catchy. A sexy and fun mid-tempo song that will be great for a radio release. Day 26 can be the boy band of this era if the right songs and promotion are put into gear. Listen up, hit or miss! You decide.
