Troubled singer Chris Brown has been ordered to remain in jail for one month after getting kicked out of rehab last Friday, March 14, 2014 (See HERE).
He will remain there until the judge in the Rihanna abuse case determines whether he violated his probation last October when he got into an altercation with a DC man.
The singer was reportedly kicked out of the rehabilitation facility after violating three facility rules — including misconduct with a female resident and refusing to take a drug test.
Although the inappropriate relationship occurred back in January, the facility determined that following a third incident and violation of facility rules it was time for the singer to go.
Upon being kicked out of the facility, the singer was immediately arrested considering his stay at the facility was a contingent for avoiding jail time following his DC assault case.
In his court appearance on Monday, Judge Hizzoner stated that Brown has the “inability to stay out of trouble.” The judge was especially concerned with a statement Brown made during a rehab group meeting. The singer reportedly stated, “I am good at using guns and knives,” reports TMZ.com.
Brown’s next court appearance is set for April 23, 2014 when a DC jury is set to determine whether committed a criminal assault.
If convicted Brown faces four years behind bars.
