Former best friends and ‘Basketball Wives’ stars Jennifer Williams and Evelyn Lozada have been in the news more for their public feud and disdain for each other more so than anything else lately. On Thursday an “unofficial” interview was released of Jen dishing toS2S magazine about one of the reasons for their falling out.
“Let me tell you what she’s mad over ‘cause this always comes up. She hates the fact that I’m really good friends with NeNe [Leakes], and she hates the fact that me and Mashonda are good friends. I feel like it’s all coming from a place of hurt, and she’s turning it into anger,” says Jen.
“Why do you care who I’m friends with? Like, that’s ridiculous. I live in New York. You live in Miami. I don’t care who you hang out with. I’m kinda over it because I just feel like I’m at a point at my life where I’m trying to get rid of negative energy,” she said. “To me, I feel like it’s something so minuscule. It’s not like I slept with Chad. It’s not something irreparable. It’s something stupid that you’re mad over. If you really are mad because I have other friends, I think that’s completely ridiculous.
I don’t say anything to her, and she doesn’t say anything to me.”
During this morning’s interview with Power 105.1 ‘The Breakfast Club’, Bow Wow got a bit personal, revealing some of the women he’s slept with. Among the list, Kim Kardashian, Ciara, Angela Simmons (I though she was still a virgin), and Super Head. He was even inducted in the group’s “Hall of Fame For Hoes”. Really?!
This goes to show you ladies, men gossip as much as women do. Be careful who you lay with. Did he really have to give up names though?! Crazy!
(BlackDoctor.org) — Many aspects of our health are genetically linked. According to researchers from the Institute of Cancer Research at the University of London, there’s a 57 percent chance that a girl will start menstruating within three months of the date that her mother began.
Here are 9 other women’s health conditions that experts say we may have inherited from our mothers.
1. Migraines
There’s a 70-80 percent chance that you’ll suffer from migraines if your mother did. Researchers believe that a flawed gene may cause severe headaches and can be passed on. If this gene is defective, outside factors, like light, are more liable to trigger pain centers in the brain that cause headaches.
Other triggers include sensitive foods like chocolate, coffee, cheese, citrus fruit and red wine and should be avoided. Also, be aware that hormones during your menstrual cycle can set them off.
2. Breast Cancer
Women who carry the mutated gene BRCA1 or BRCA2 are more at risk to develop breast cancer. Most women who have the defective gene will develop cancer at a very young age, says cancer geneticist, Dr. Elizabeth Rapley.
The single, “Short D*ck Man”, was originally recorded by American band 20 Fingers featuring singer Gillette in 1994, but spurred a bit of controversy over it’s title and sexual nature. It was later re-released under the name “Short Short Man” in 1995 and went on to dominate the dance charts in a number of countries.
Nonetheless, it’s still a fun song and if played in a club today, will sure get you moving. Check it out.

James, whose survived by her husband, two sons and seven grandchildren, was 73.
The Golden Globes are long gone but just loved this Gucci silver metallic embellished strapless knee-length dress Jessica Alba wore at In Style after party. As for shoes, she went with nude satin double platform peep toe pumps by Giuseppe Zanotti (approximately $800).
Heading to a cocktail party? I’m sure the look comes with a hefty price tag but here are some suggestions for getting the look for less.
A new Chris Brown record just made its debut this morning and it’s called “Turn Up The Music”. The single is very heavily dance infused, not much different from what we’ve heard from his last two albums, ‘Graffiti’ and ‘F.A.M.E’. The record is likeable but is it a hit? Check it out.
I think Chris is one of the most versatile artist today and I’m hoping the album will show case that. We all like a good dance record every know and then but what I think he’s really great at are those sexy records like “Strip” and “Wet The Bed”. Can’t wait to see what ‘Fortune’ has in store. He’s already enlisted rappers Wiz Khalifa and Nas to be featured on the pending album, expected for release in March.
Rihanna is channeling Tupac with her latest “Thug Life” tattoo.
Rihanna revealed the famous line sprawled across her knuckles in white ink. The thing about a tattoo is that it is permanent. Will Rihanna really want thug life on her knuckles at 57? I understand wanting to pay homage and embrace the mantra but would it have been better served on a more private portion of her body? Now she’ll drive magazine photo artist crazy as they try to Photoshop the words out of her fashion spreads.
With such a drastic measure one can only wonder was it a cry for attention. Just a few days ago Rihanna ended up at the same party as Chris Brown and his girlfriend Karrueche. Some sites even report that she got into a heated exchange of words with Karrueche. Could the new tattoo be a way for her to let out some anger and illustrate her aggression? Whatever the case may be, I doubt this is the last drastic move we see from Rihanna. This tattoo comes only a week after she was photographedsmoking kush while on vacation in Hawaii. We all know she walks to the beat of her own drum, but are we seeing a return of the black-haired much darker Rihanna? It seems she’s throwing caution to the wind – even more than usual.
Whatever happens, hopefully her next move won’t be so visible.
some our some more photos the singer took that night.
Well, that didn’t take long. Here’s the official video premiere of Kelly Rowland‘s “Keep It Between Us” featuring actor Lance Gross as Kelly’s love interest.
Kelly Rowland has released the sneak peek for “Keep It Between Us”. the singer has even recruited actor Lance Gross to play her love interest. I actually think these two would make a cute couple.
I almost forgot Kelly was still promoting her latest efforts ‘Here I Am’. Can’t wait to see the finished product. Lance is such a cutey.
Kelly Rowland also sat down with E! at Tuesday night’s Hpnotiq Harmonie and Live Louder 2012 Kickoff cocktail party in Hollywood and couldn’t help but to gush about her new niece, Beyonce and Jay Z‘s daughter, Blue Ivy. She had nothing but kind words to say of course.
“She’s more precious than a diamond. She’s absolutely beautiful,” gushed the aunt. “And I say that with such a huge grin! I’m so excited. We all just stared at her. I just stared at her. She is so beautiful.”
Can’t wait to see the first photos of little Blue.
